These terms cover work provided by Ingenex Pty Ltd (ABN 65 689 551 924), a Victorian company. Ingenex is a one-person practice run by Chean Loke. Booking a session or paying an invoice means you accept these terms.
I sit with you or a small group from your team and work on one problem you pick, using AI on your own systems and your own files. The aim is that your people can do it again without me.
What is on offer:
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Ingenex is registered for GST and will issue a tax invoice.
Whatever we build together in a session — the prompt, the spreadsheet, the template, the documented process — is yours. You own it outright. There is no licence to negotiate and no ongoing permission required.
What remains mine is my own method and materials: how I structure a session, and anything I brought with me. Working with me does not transfer that, and it does not restrict you either.
Sessions are paid in advance, by Stripe, to hold the time. The introductory call is free.
If you need to move a session, tell me at least 24 hours ahead and we will find another time at no cost. Cancel with less notice than that and I may keep the fee, because the slot is usually no longer fillable. If I have to cancel, you get a full refund or another time, whichever you prefer.
Anything I see of yours stays confidential, indefinitely. I will not name you as a client, quote you, or describe your business publicly without asking you first and getting a yes.
Your data handling is covered in the Privacy statement, and the short version is: it stays in your systems.
I am not a lawyer, an accountant, or a licensed financial adviser, and nothing in a session is legal, tax or financial advice. AI tools make mistakes — output produced in a session needs a human to check it before it is relied on, and that check is yours.
You remain responsible for decisions you make about your own business.
Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Beyond those rights, and to the extent the law allows, my total liability for any session is limited to the fee you paid for it. I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or the results of decisions you take.
Either of us can stop at any time. There is no retainer, no minimum term and no lock-in. If you have paid for a session that has not happened, you get that money back.
These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and the Victorian courts have jurisdiction.
